As usual the seats are too small with almost no legroom and the extra bag charge is ridiculously high. I had two bags to check and it cost me an extra 78 US dollars. This causes most flyers to bring carry on luggage and this takes a great deal of extra time on their part to get luggage into the overhead bins.

Those hidden charges you applied to my total witch were added right after I put in my credit card, not given me any time to cancel the transaction charges that I never been told, I would not purchased this tickets if knew about this before,I made a complain right then after about 10 days I got an answer telling those charges were ok I agreed with it but what I don't is why you input those charges at the last second of the deal without informing the customer,

I am not sure if this is supposed to be a flight or a reminder of what planes were like in 1994. No screen on flight no entertainment - extremely tight seats -- for a TEN hours trip !! To make matters worst, despite having a three hour connection, they assumed I wouldn't make it (three full hours) - and bumped me off the next flight with no remorse or apology. Air Canada is renowned to be one of the worst airlines and if anyone wants you to know it, it is them.

Although the flight attendants on the flight were great my real issues with it were that I was emailed the day prior to that our flight had been bumped up by an hour but then when we got to the airport we had to wait 2 more hours due to delays in Cusco. The person at the desk in Panama (connecting flight) took a long time and couldn't seat my fiancé and I together. In addition, they lost his luggage and said it was still in Panama.

First booking didn't go through because I mistakenly gave the wrong visa number. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of the problem and by the time I booked again it cost me $300 more.

My daughter blew through her diaper, and they wouldn't let me change her because they said we were about to take off... 15 minutes later we finally left the gate... The space for carry-ons is SOO small on these planes, and the air circulation is terrible.

the flight had 5hours delays, no compensation from the company, no food, had to pay the taxi because we arrived too late (3.30am instead of 10.10pm).

Was rebooked onto a different itinerary, through the same airports, but this new itinerary left very little time to get through customs/passport control at YYZ. If they hadn't held flights, we would have been stuck in Toronto overnight.

Flight from NY La Guardia to Ottawa was cancelled 10 minutes before boarding. No explanations were given. I am new to travelling so I found that difficult. I was one of the early people to arrive at airport, yet I was one of the last one to be served. Took a good two hrs to rebook. Was told only available flight Toronto to Ottawa. Accepted it but flight departed late so once in Toronto could not make the connection Toronto -Ottawa. So they rebooked me at a later flight and I arrived 9 hrs later. The Rabbi seated with me asked to change seat. Although I was dressed respectfully, and I am not overweight, he asked to be changed. It was a good thing that the person who was next to me waiting for her change of ticket, was sitting one seat in front of me and offered to change seat with him. The service at the entrance was wonderful. The young man simplified everything for me, stayed beside me till all was done. Mostly two people were left to change our tickets, so it was very long. Overall, I am very sorry to say I was not impressed.

We made a reservation for plane and hotel. The price of the plane did not include luggages and we did not know about it. The hotel cost us the double of the price we expected to pay : because the rate indicated was for one person and we were two. Very unpleasant surprise.
