We booked a flight Malaga-Porto for March 14 (FR 8863) and a return flight March 17 (FR 8862). Reservation # Q9WI7N. Under the present circumstances we decided not to fly to Porto and it was a good decision since the return flight was cancelled. We would have been stranded in Porto. I tried to fill in the refund application but the system does not recognize my reservation # which I am absolutely sure is the good one. What do we do from here? HELP!!!! m

Paid Ryan Air 28€ per seat x 2 for priority boarding and received nothing, absolutely nothing. Herd type boarding only. Not happy with their misrepresentation. Regards, Ron Sweet
