Baščaršija

The restored City Hall is a masterpiece of pseudo-Moorish architecture, with its colourful stained glass and intricate geometric carvings reflecting the city’s Austro-Hungarian period. It has been painstakingly rebuilt to house national treasures, is a symbol of cultural endurance.
Trebević Cable Car
Reaching the summit of Mount Trebević takes just a few minutes by gondola, whisking visitors from the urban bustle to the quiet pine forests above. The ruins of the 1984 Winter Olympics bobsled track remain here, now covered in colourful street art and surrounded by walking trails that offer panoramic views of the valley.
Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque
